I reached out 3 weeks before my wedding seeing if it was even a possibility Captured annd Coordinated was even available. After visiting their page and having our first conversation, I immediately knew this was a team I could trust.

After spending so much time and energy planning my wedding, I was nervous about putting it in someone else’s hands. But when I met with Carley and Makenna, all of that went away. They were so personable, kind, caring, and reassuring. Their process was organized, smooth, and incredibly thoughtful.

They communicated every detail, making sure nothing was overlooked. Even on the day of, they went above and beyond — when the venue had the napkins set incorrectly, they quietly fixed everything themselves and added those extra little touches that made the space look absolutely gorgeous.

When I walked into the venue, I literally stopped in my tracks. I caught my breath, and tears came to my eyes — everything was more beautiful than I ever imagined.

And when it came to tear-down, they were just as amazing. They had everything packed up seamlessly, organized, and back into their boxes without me having to worry about a thing.
